What you need

pepper

bunch rosemary

oz butter

garlic

tsp salt

ribeye steak
Instructions
1. Salt and pepper generously all sides. 2. Stick TempSpike probe in until it reach the black line. 3. Open the TempSpike App and set the temperature to 125 for medium rare. 4. Put coals on one side of the grill and get it as hot as possible. 5. Sear all sides of the steak flipping every minute until a solid crust forms. 6. On the side with no coals, place a pan under the grates and add butter, thyme rosemary and garlic. 7. Transfer the steak to the non-coal side above the butter pan. 8. Baste the steak with the butter flipping every minute until the internal temperature reaches 125. 9. Pull the steak, pour the garlic, roasemary and butter over the steak and let rest for 10 minutes. 10. Slice against the grain and enjoy.View original recipe
